Fly Tri Racing Team time trial where runners and triathletes unite! If you need run zone testing here is your chance. Please speak with your coach before adding this 5k  time trial to your plan for this week to be sure it is right for you. Those who don't need an updated zone can join for an easy zone 1-2 run or a track workout with Coach Ritter. This is self timed with cheer support provided.  Please wear a Fly Tri Racing shirt or singlet for at team picture 🙂  

We can't wait to see you out there! This is a free event and open to the public. You must sign a waiver.

Triathletes, gear up for a fun training day at the Boulders Saturday, June 29th! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️
Whether you’re a seasoned multisport athlete or just getting started, all levels are welcome to join.
USA Triathlon certified and seasoned coaches Sarah Hankla and William Ritter will be on-site providing coaching tips and answering any training questions you may have. Plus, enjoy some complimentary snacks to fuel your workout!

This XC camp is open to all levels of cross country runners going into 7th grade through 12th grade and beyond. Whether you consider yourself a beginner or one of the best in the state.  Are camp is designed to teach runners about proper training, nutrition, and to be able to receive running tips and racing strategies. The  summer camp will also be an opportunity to be challenged, that will push you to provide mental strength that is required for cross country  competitions and training.
