Coaching Services

Individual athlete coaching is the signature training style of the Fly Tri Racing brand. We have been working one-on-one with athletes all over the country to help them achieve their goals for over 10 years. Individual coaching is best for athletes who:

  • Need a more flexible training schedule

  • Have aggressive/time-limited goals

  • Want to move from completing to competing

  • Prefer/require a more individualized approach

  • Reduce injury risk

  • Wish to train for a triathlon, marathon, Ironman®, 5/10K, Track or Cross Country

Athletes may request any of the current Fly Tri Racing coaching staff as their private coach, though some coaches may have limited availability due to current athlete load. We encourage you to explore our COACHES page to learn more about our fantastic team – please feel free to reach out to individual coaches that you feel may be a good fit for you and your goals.

Fly Tri Racing is an official RunLab Pro Account, which means athletes can receive the filming portion of the Movement Analysis & Gait Evaluation onsite in Tyler, Texas!

RUNLAB MOVEMENT ANALYSIS & GAIT EVALUATION

Get your movement patterns evaluated head to toe by our industry-leading team of gait experts. We understand the complex relationship between individual structure, range-of-motion, goals, strengths, and limiters. We will help you understand the way YOU move.

Movement Analysis & Gait Evaluation includes:
  1. Full-body structural, range-of-motion, strength, and multi-plane running analysis.
  2. Personal consult and review of findings with one of our RunLab Gait Specialists.
  3. Movement Analysis Profile, a comprehensive 14-page report breaking down everything you need to know about the way you move and where you need to focus on strength, range-of-motion, and technique here.

One-on-One

If you are looking for a One-On-One coaching, this is the plan for you!

Location: Between/Near Tyler, TX and Dallas, TX depending on the Coach.

Wednesday’s 6PM 

Our class is for athletes of ALL abilities. One of the benefits of riding indoors on a Smart Trainer is that the workout is designed around each person’s ability level. We will help you cut the learning curve when training with power. We currently have 5 Wahoo Kickr bicycle trainers that available to reserve and a commercial treadmill for a brick run afterwards.

We have broken up the year into 8-Week Blocks. The focus for each block changes with the demands of the season.
