information:

Join us for our monthly coach chat featuring Bradley Miles, CEO and Co-Founder of Lever Movement.

The Lever system is an innovative tool designed to enhance training for athletes of all levels. It offers several key benefits:

  1. Injury rehabilitation: Allows athletes to continue running while recovering from injuries.
  2. Training volume increase: Enables safe progression in training load.
  3. Consistency: Permits running on days when muscle soreness might typically prevent it.
  4. Masters athlete support: Helps older runners maintain volume with reduced impact.

Technical specifications:

  • Reduces up to 50 pounds of body weight during runs
  • Impact force reduction:
    • 200-pound runner: from ~800 pounds to ~600 pounds
    • 150-pound runner: from ~600 pounds to ~450 pounds
  • Portable design for use at home, gym, or any location with a compatible treadmill

The Lever’s ability to decrease impact forces while maintaining natural running form makes it a valuable asset for serious athletes and coaches.

We’re pleased to offer Fly Tri Racing athletes an exclusive 20% discount on Lever Movement products.

This session promises to provide insights into integrating the Lever system into training plans for improved performance and injury prevention. We encourage all athletes and coaches to attend and learn about this cutting-edge training tool.
