We believe that Champions are built in the offseason. The Off Season Track & XC program in Tyler, TX is designed and structured for those distance runners (800-3200m, and XC) in Junior High and High School who want to go into track and cross country seasons with greater endurance, stamina, and speed to better able to absorb the speed sessions during track/xc season. Our primary focus is on safety and developing the individual athlete. If your teenager loves to run, being outdoors, and or looking to try a new sport we’ll hope you choose to join us this winter.
Coach Ritter is a USA Track & Field Cross Country Coaching Specialist & Level III Endurance and Level II Youth Coach along with a USA Triathlon focus area in Youth & Juniors.
